TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Effective Date. January 1, 2026

I. BINDING AGREEMENT. These Terms govern the use of Acellis.life (the “Site”) and the purchase of Products. By accessing the Site, the User accepts these Terms in full.

II. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER. Products are provided for nutritional purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. No physician-patient relationship is created herein.

III. INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE. For deliveries to Canada, Taiwan, or China, the User is designated as the "Importer of Record." Compliance with regional import statutes and payment of all assessed duties/VAT is the sole responsibility of the User.

IV. FINALITY OF SALE. Due to international regulatory constraints, all transborder sales are non-refundable and final, barring verified product defects reported within seven (7) days.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product. User agrees to indemnify Company against all third-party claims arising from User’s violation of these Terms.

VI. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Governed by the laws of Arizona. All disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All proprietary content is protected under U.S. and international law.
